Imagen radiológica patognomónica de una lesión del LCA

Fx de Segund. No se trata de una avulsión del colateral lateral ni de una fractura de meseta tibial. Es una avulsión capsular lateral y es patognomónica de una ruptura del LCA. Esta fractura NO requiere de tratamiento.
